Lincoln Teenager Injured in Benton County Rollover

A Lincoln teen was injured in a Benton County rollover wreck that occurred Thursday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 2003 Nissan Maxima was on lost Valley Road, south of Lakeview Avenue at 11:30 a.m., when the driver failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the left side of the roadway, overturned and struck a tree.

17-year-old Jason M. Eierman of Lincoln suffered serious injuries and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by Warsaw-Lincoln ambulance.

The Maxima was totaled.
