Man Arrested For Driving, Minutes After Being Warned Not to Drive
Sedalia Police say a 46-year-old man was arrested for driving while suspended, about 10 minutes after an officer warned him not to drive.
Police were dispatched to the back parking lot of a local bank around 2 p.m. on June 25 and conducted a subject check on the man who was sitting in a parked car. Dispatch told the officer that the man, Anthony Tyrone McNack, had a suspended license. McNack was told not to drive.
About 10 minutes later, police say they saw McNack driving the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Marijuana was reportedly discovered inside the vehicle after the traffic stop. McNack was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
