Charlie Lund started Warrensburg Collision in November of 200 with the customer in mind. Innovative from the very beginning, Warrensburg Collision focused on the customer experience and providing more for the customer. They started with the only Drive-Thru Estimating bay in the area where customers can be involved and learn about the estimate and repair process in comfort. Since opening in 2001 there were never any clip boards and pads of paper, Warrensburg Collision has always offered wireless estimating that allows the customer to see the estimate on the screen as it happens with the car right for reference. Customer involvement and learning about the repair process has brought customers peace of mind for a almost a decade. Fast forward to today and Warrensburg Collision offers even more transparency with it AutoWatch program. Customers can actually see progress, photos and updated status of their repair online at and link to Facebook.

Charlie Lund has been involved in the collision repair business for over 4 decades. Throughout that time period he has held every job on the business, from washing cars in high school to running large shops in KC with over 40 employees.
