Missouri Man Charged in Shooting of 18-year-old Tipton Man
A 22-year-old central Missouri man is being held without bond after being charged in the shooting death of a Tipton man.
Travis Clark, of California, Missouri, was charged Wednesday with second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon in the May 28 death of 18-year-old Robert Ashbaugh.
The murder charge includes an alternative of first-degree involuntary manslaughter.
Ashbaugh was killed at a house in Tipton in Moniteau County.
Online court records don't indicate if Clark has an attorney.
