Sedalia woman injured in a Pettis County accident Saturday morning

At 5:40 Saturday morning, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one-vehicle accident on Covered Bridge Road at Water Works Road in Pettis County. The accident reportedly occurred as the 2005 Hyundai Sonota driven by 50-year-old Karla McGinnis of Sedalia ran off the roadway and struck an embankment and a fence before coming to rest. McGinnis suffered minor injuries, and was taken to Bothwell regional Health Center by private vehicle for treatment.

Johnson County accident injures two female victims Saturday afternoon

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle injury accident, that occurred on US 50 Highway at Northwest 501 Road in Johnson County around 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon. According to the report, the accident happened as a 2011 Buick driven by 82-year-old William Hauser of Warrensburg pulled into the path of a 2000 Acura driven by 50-year-old Patricia Styron of Harrisonville, causing the Styron vehicle to strike the Hauser vehicle in the rear. Hauser received minor injuries in the crash and was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center by Johnson County Ambulance for treatment.

Two Lebanon residents injured in a Benton County accident Friday evening

Just before 7 p.m. Friday evening, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one-vehicle accident that occurred on US-65 Highway at Missouri Highway 7 in Benton County. According to the accident report, the driver of a 1993 Honda Accord, 43-year-old Victor Fuentes of Lebanon, failed to stop at a stop sign, slid across US-65, struck an embankment and came to rest against a fence. Fuentes and a passenger in his vehicle, 44-year-old Hollie Coletti of Lebanon, suffered minor injuries and were both taken to the Bothwell Regional Health Center by Warsaw/Lincoln Ambulance for treatment.

Rollover accident reported in Johnson County Saturday afternoon

At 12:50 Saturday afternoon the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office reported a one-vehicle rollover accident. The accident reportedly happened on Division Road a mile west of Southwest 301 in Johnson County, as the 1998 Dodge driven by 29-year-old Skye Dixon of Leeton traveled off the roadway, struck a guardrail and overturned in a creek, coming to rest on its top. Dixon suffered minor injuries but refused treatment at the scene.
