Missouri’s top female amateur golfers are at the Columbia Country Club this week (June 15-17) to compete for state championships across multiple divisions at the 96th Missouri Women’s Amateur Championship, 16th Missouri Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship and 34th Missouri Women’s Senior Amateur Championship.

The Women’s Amateur champion will earn an exemption into the 2026 U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship, which will be contested at The Honors Course and Waverley Country Club in Portland, Oregon, this August.

This marks the first year all three championship competitions will be conducted simultaneously, bringing players of all ages together for 54 holes of competition over three days.

Competitors will contest seven divisions throughout the championship, including the Women’s Amateur Championship, Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship, Women’s Senior Amateur Championship, Senior Amateur Open, Senior Amateur Open-Net, Super Senior Open and Super Senior Open-Net.

Championship play began Monday, June 15, with opening-round tee times scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. Following the first round, players will be invited to a social hour presented by Logboat Brewing Company. Play will continue Tuesday and Wednesday with tee times beginning at 8 a.m. each day. Champions in all divisions will be crowned following the conclusion of play on Wednesday afternoon.

The field of 70 competitors features some of the top female golfers from across Missouri, including former champions, NCAA Division I golfers and nationally ranked juniors.

The Women’s Amateur Championship field includes University of Missouri standout and 2026 U.S. Women’s Open participant Addie Dobson, Audrey Rischer, the highest-ranked player in the field in the World Amateur Golf Ranking (409), and Page Bowman, the highest ranked junior in the field (2119).

The Mid-Amateur Championship field includes former champions Mindy Coyle and Carmen Titus. Coyle, a Columbia native, will look to capture her fourth Missouri Women’s Mid-Amateur title after victories in 2012, 2013 and 2025.

Titus will seek her second championship after claiming the title in 2014. In the Senior Championship field, returning champion Christie Blasi returns after a dominant performance in 2025, when she won by 11 strokes.

Another player to watch is Martha Linscott, who has competed in more than 16 USGA championships and has qualified for the U.S. Senior Women’s Open in each of the last four years. The complete championship field can be found here.
