Monett Man Injured In Benton County Rollover

A Monett man was injured after his 18-wheeler overturned Monday afternoon in Benton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 1990 International 8100, driven by 32-year-old Victor M. Moreno of Monett, was on H Highway, east of Firetower Avenue at 12:45 p.m., when the truck ran off the right side of the roadway, returned to the roadway and ran off the left side, returned to the roadway once more and overturned.

Moreno suffered moderate injuries, and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

The International had extensive damage, and was towed from the scene.
