MSHP Arrest Reports for February 15, 2021

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 28-year-old Monica S. Rubio of Sedalia at 2:21 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and no valid license. Rubio was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Kourteney J. Parker of Sedalia at 1:26 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County. She was wanted on two misdemeanor warrants out of Pettis County, and was also charged with driving while suspended. Parker was taken to the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 28-year-old Adam C. Cowherd of Marshall at 2:19 a.m. Thursday in Boone County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, prior offender. He was taken to the Boone County Jail.
