MSHP Arrest Reports for September 21, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old Nathanial D. Alvarado of Warrensburg at 2:04 a.m. Monday in Johnson County. He was charged with DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and was also wanted on a Warrensburg Police warrant. Alvarado was taken to the Johnson County Sheriff's Department.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old Nathanial Bobby Wright of Sedalia at 1:45 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was wanted on a felony warrant out of Pettis County. Wright was taken to the Pettis County Sheriff's Department.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 49-year-old Dene Stull of Stover at 3:14 a.m. Sunday in Morgan County. She was charged with DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, and no seat belt. Stull was taken to the Morgan County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Cody P. Berg of Sedalia at 10:05 p.m. Saturday in Pettis County. He was charged with DWI, speeding, failure to register a motor vehicle, and was also wanted on a warrant out of Pettis County. Berg was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 64-year-old David L. Benwell of Warrensburg at 3:14 p.m. Saturday in Johnson County. He was charged with felony DWI, C&I driving resulting in a crash, failure to stop at a stop sign, and no seat belt.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 31-year-old Rachel D. Shafton of Warsaw at 1:55 p.m. Saturday in Benton County. She was charged with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility, and was also wanted on a felony Benton County warrant. Shafton was talen to the Benton County Jail with no bond.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 40-year-old Nathan D. Thompson of Warsaw at 1:55 p.m. Saturday in Benton County. He was charged with felony tampering with evidence, felony possession of a controlled substance, and was also wanted on a felony Benton County warrant. Thompson was taken to the Benton County Jail with no bond.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39-year-old Justin A. Stone of Sedalia at 9:53 a.m. Saturday in Benton County. He was wanted on a felony Pettis County warrant. Stone was taken to the Benton County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 49-year-old Karma R. Johnson of Warrensburg at 3:17 a.m. Saturday in Johnson County. She was charged with DWI resulting in physical injury, and leaving the scene of a serious-injury crash. Johnson was taken to the Johnson County Jail for a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 34-year-old Tyreel G. Hardy of Sedalia at 3:34 p.m. Saturday in Morgan County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (meth), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (prior offender), possession of marijuana, window tint violation, failure to properly affix license plates to his vehicle, and no seat belt. Hardy was taken to the Morgan County Jail for a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 27-year-old Hailee J. Fretueg of Versailles at 12 p.m. Saturday in Morgan County. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (prior offender), and possession of marijuana. Fretueg was released on summons.
