New Student Enrollment to Begin for Sedalia 200

School is just around the corner and new student enrollment for the Sedalia 200 School District begins in August.

Enrollment for elementary and middle school will take place August 1, from noon till 6:00 p.m. and Aug. 2, from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Students enrolling at S-C Junior High can do so Aug. 9 from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. and Aug. 10 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Smith-Cotton High School student can enroll Aug. 9 & 10 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. both days.

If your student attended school in Sedalia #200 District last school year, you will not need to enroll. Student files will automatically be transferred to the appropriate school.

Daily class times for schools are:

Elementary: 8:00 a.m. – 3:16 p.m.

Sedalia Middle School: 7:20 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

S-C Jr. High School: 7:30 a.m. – 2:43 p.m.

Smith-Cotton High School: 8:20 a.m. – 3:38 p.m.

Whittier High School: 9:00 a.m. – 3:24 p.m.

Pettis Co. Early Childhood morning session is 8:15  – 11:15 and afternoon session is 12:00 – 3:00.

It was noted that Freshman Orientation will take place August 22, from 8:20 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Incoming freshmen will receive a letter in the mail.

Schools open August 23.

Also noted was Pettis County Early Childhood will open August 27.
