One Dead After Fire in Downtown Hannibal, Missouri
One man is dead following a fire in downtown Hannibal.
The fire broke out around 8 a.m. Saturday in an apartment building of the northeast Missouri town. The building was destroyed and buildings on both sides were damaged.
The victim's name has not been released. A dog was also found dead in the rubble.
Hannibal fire officials say the structure was so badly damaged that investigators haven't been able to determine the cause of the fire.
