I recently was looking at some homes for sale in Sedalia when I noticed this Victorian home on 3rd Street that's for sale. According to the Zillow listing, the home was built in 1895, making it one of the oldest homes for sale right now.

According to the listing, the home has high ceilings, decorative trim, and molding. It had three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and an open foyer. On the main floor, there are two living rooms, a dining room, and a kitchen with a dining area. All three bedrooms are on the second floor, and there's even an elevator between what the listing calls the parlor and the master bedroom. I'm impressed with the space in the home. And I mean the space everywhere. I suppose pictures can be deceiving, but it seems like there's plenty of room in the living spaces, the kitchen, and upstairs in the bedrooms. Heck, even the bathroom off the master bedroom is surprisingly spacious and well-appointed.
