Pettis County Sheriff’s Crime Reports for March 24, 2019

Pettis County deputies arrested Hunly Fred of La Monte early Friday morning. He was charged with bribery of a public servant, promoting a sexual performance by a minor, assault on a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest. Fred was placed on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of formal charges.

Fred was also arrested over two years ago in the 400 block of La Monte. Three of those charges were identical to charges filed on Friday, it should be noted.

On Saturday, Pettis County deputies arrested Nichole Dawn Hamline of Sweet Springs on a Saline County warrant for a probation violation. Hamline was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was being held on a $10,000 cash bond.

Last Wednesday, a woman reported damage to her vehicle, which was parked in the 19000 block of Maltsbarger Road.

Pettis County deputies had a vehicle towed from the 4500 block of South Limit on Saturday. The vehicle had been tagged for removal for more than 24 hours prior. The vehicle was taken away by Don's Towing.
