This is a compilation of reports released by the Pettis County Sheriff's Office:

On April 3, Pettis County Deputies investigated an assault that occurred in the 28000 block of Highway U. The investigation is ongoing.


 

On April 1, Pettis County Deputies conducted a vehicle stop near 7th and Barrett in Sedalia on a vehicle that failed to signal and failed to stop at a stop sign. During the stop, deputies detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A probable cause search led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of synthetic marijuana. The driver, Tyler Tindell of Sedalia, was issued a summons for failure to signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid (10 grams or less), and possession of drug paraphernalia.


 
On April 1, Pettis County Deputies took a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Sedalia Road.


 

Early on April 1, Pettis County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a gold Mercedes for spinning tires while leaving a building in the 400 block of Marshall Avenue. Anthony Rojas was riding in the back seat, and a computer check revealed he was wanted on a Pettis County probation warrant. Rojas was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail.


 

On March 31, Pettis County Deputies arrested 38-year-old Lachelle Flores of Sedalia on a Pettis County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of exceeding the posted speed limit. Bond on the warrant was $149 cash only. Flores was transported to the Pettis County Jail.
