This is a compilation of reports released by the Pettis County Sheriff's Office:
On Tuesday, Pettis County Deputies recovered a black work coat in the 400 block of West 36th.


 

On Tuesday, Donald Cunningham reported that someone stole his power tools and other items from his detached garage.


 

On Tuesday, Emily Moore reported that someone stole money and medication from her vehicle which was parked at her house.


 

On Tuesday just after midnight, Pettis County Deputies conducted a vehicle stop at Highway 65 and 14th Street in Sedalia for careless and imprudent driving. The driver, Dustyn Harvey of Sedalia, was arrested for an outstanding failure to appear warrant.


 

On Nov. 30, Pettis County Deputies arrested Xavier Washington in the 26000 block of Goodwill Chapel Road for 2nd degree Domestic Assault.


 

On Nov. 30 at 8:12 p.m., Trista Johnson arrived at the Pettis County Sheriff's Office to report that her father-in-law took $10,000 in $100 bills, as well as three car titles from her residence in the 23000 block of Anderson School Road.


 

On Nov. 29, Pettis County Deputies took numerous theft reports in the Hunter's Ridge Subdivision. Items taken include cash, sunglasses, a computer, gun accessories, a concealable bullet-resistant vest, and over-the-counter meds. The Pettis County Sheriff's Office urges vehicle owners to keep their cars locked at all times.


 

On Nov. 28, Pettis County Deputies took a report of a stolen firearm in the 2300 block of West Country Club.


 

On Nov. 28 at 9:44 p.m., Pettis County Deputies and the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a 911 hang-up call in the 100 block of Villa. Deputies investigated and discovered a disturbance. The suspect then barricaded himself inside an apartment. A MSHP Trooper was able to tase the suspect, later identified as Jason K. Hedrick. Deputies arrested Hedrick for domestic assault, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer. He was placed on a 24-hour hold.
