Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports For February 14, 2022

Sunday morning, Pettis County Deputies took a report of a firearm stolen from the 2500 block of Anderson School Road. The theft occurred between November 15, 2021 and February 6, 2022.
Pettis County Deputies arrested Wilbur Barnett in the 600 block of Boonville Road Saturday afternoon on a Pettis County warrant for Drug Trafficking in the 2nd Degree. Additionally, while placing Barnett under arrest, he dropped a bag full of two substances. The substances tested positive for marijuana and methamphetamine. Charges are pending for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Saturday morning, Deputies responded to the 3100 block of Highway E, for a report of a suspicious subject. Upon arrival, Deputies arrested Dustin Bailey of Green Ridge. Bailey was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, and three counts of Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.
Deputies conducted a vehicle stop near the intersection of US 50 and Highway T on Friday afternoon. One of the occupants, identified as Luis Arroyo, had an active Pettis County Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of Speeding. Arroyo was arrested for his warrant and taken into custody without incident.
