Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports for July 1, 2020
On June 30, Pettis County deputies took a fraud report in the 30000 block of Pony Path Road.
On June 29, Fischer Concrete reported a burglary to Pettis County deputies in the 22800 block of Snow Road. Several iPads and other items were stolen, it was reported. If anyone has any information on the case, they are urged to call the Pettis County Sheriff's Office at 827-0052.
On June 28, Pettis County deputies arrested Candice A. Wagenknecht of Smithton for felony driving while revoked or suspended, and driving while intoxicated. She was booked into the Pettis County Jail and later released to a sober driver. She was issued a court date.
On June 27, Pettis County deputies arrested Inesha M. Mitchell of Warrensburg for driving while suspended, possession for up to 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mitchell was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the formal filing of charges.
On June 23, Pettis County deputies responded to the 1200 block of Elm Hills Blvd., on a reported disturbance with a weapon. Investigation revealed that a male subject unlawfully entered the residence there and assault the victim. The subject left the scene prior to the deputies' arrival, but state charges were being requested.
On June 10 at 1:11 a.m., a Pettis County deputy responded to the 2900 block of McVey Road to take an assault report.
