Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports for May 12, 2020

On Monday, Pettis County deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 35 mph over the posted speed limit on 127 in Green Ridge. The driver, Jonathan Stewart of Warrensburg, was arrested for driving while suspended and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was released on summons.
On Monday, Pettis County deputies responded to the 2800 block of South Ingram for an assault and burglary report. Upon arrival, the suspect fled on foot. Deputies forwarded a report to the Pettis County Prosecutor's Office for charges.
On Sunday, Pettis County deputies took a missing person report from Stoney Ridge Village in the 25000 block of Bothwell State Park Road.
On Sunday, Pettis County deputies took a property damage report in the 700 block of South Main in La Monte. Deputies also took an animal at large report.
On Saturday at 9:33 p.m., Jose Martinez-Carbenas of La Monte report that his 2017 Nissan passenger car was stolen from his driveway overnight.
On Friday, Pettis County deputies took a report of fraudulent use of a credit card in the 3000 block of Westlake Drive.
