Monday afternoon, Pettis County Deputies took a report of theft from the Pettis County Jail. An AT&T Black Samsung phone, valued at $2000, had been stolen. Deputies are submitting charges to the prosecutor's office pending formal filings.


 

Sunday night, Deputies observed a black BMW believed to be occupied by an individual with a warrant. Deputies would later make contact with this vehicle in the area of Dove Road and Wisdom Road in Green Ridge. After a brief foot pursuit, the occupant was identified as Kalmon Roth, 30, of Green Ridge. Roth was taken into custody for two active Failure to Appear warrants. One FTA warrant was from Pettis County on an original charge of Trespassing in the 2nd Degree, and another FTA warrant was from Benton County on Possession of a Controlled Substance. Roth was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be held on said warrants with no bond.


 

Deputies spotted an individual Saturday evening who they knew to have a warrant for their arrest, and a suspended driving status. Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle in the area of US 50 and Oak Grove Lane. The vehicle continued to drive approximately 4/10ths of a mile until it finally came to a stop in the 3800 block of West Broadway Boulevard. The subject, Louis Davis, 39, of Sedalia, then continuously began to refuse to exit the vehicle or provide any documentation to Deputies. Upon additional Deputies arriving at the location, Davis eventually exited the vehicle and was taken into custody. Davis was then transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked in on his warrant for Driving While Revoked. Davis was held on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges of Resisting Arrest and Driving While Revoked.


 

Saturday night, Deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of Brooking Park Avenue in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, Deputies took Brianna Griffey, 23, of Sedalia, into custody. Griffey was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges of Assault in the 4th Degree.


 

On the night of May 16th, The Pettis County K9 Unit was dispatched to the 4500 block of Forest Park Road in reference to a trespassing report. Deputies will be submitting charges of Trespassing in the 1st Degree on the subject, who was not named in the report.


 

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of West Broadway Boulevard Saturday morning. Salvador Nandho, 42, of Sedalia, was placed under arrest for driving without a license. Nandho was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked and released for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid License (3rd or Subsequent Offense).


 

Friday afternoon, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration in the 4000 block of Wisconsin Avenue. The driver, Anthony Lodolce of Sedalia, was arrested for a Sedalia Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility.
