Recent Law Day Cases from Pettis County Circuit Court

Here is a sampling of cases that were resolved in Pettis County Circuit Court from Feb. 20 - March 5, 2018; Courtesy of Pettis County Prosecutor Phillip T. Sawyer.

Raymond Brockway:  age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Robbery in the Second Degree.

Heather Graff:  age 41, Odessa, MO was sentenced to two 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).

Ronald E. Beeson:  age 54, Sedalia, MO was sentenced 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Terrell L. Peck:  age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentence to 120 days in the Pettis County Jail for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Anthony C. Douglas:  age 49,  Sedalia,  MO was sentenced to five 5 year sentences and a 4 year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections on six separate matters (1count Receiving Stolen Property, 1 count Identity Theft, 3 counts of Forgery and 1 count of Tampering).

Eugene W. Sharp:   age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentence to two 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Oxycodone and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Hydrocodone).

Bradley M. Lawson:  age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).
