Resolved Cases from Pettis County Circuit Court; June 4 – July 2

Gonzalo Esqueda: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Burglary and 1 count Stealing).  Mr. Esqueda was also sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Tylor T. Spade: age 28 Cole Camp, MO was sentenced to 5 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 on two separate matters (1 count possession of a controlled substance and 1 count Domestic Assault).

Eric Wells: age 34, Sedalia, MO was sentenced four 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (2 counts Burglary and 2 counts Forgery).

Jaron E. Pearson: age 41, Kansas City, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Antonio M. Hurst: age 34, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Resisting Arrest.

Robert W. Sandberg: age 44, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Driving While Revoked.

Douglas W. Bradley: age 56, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 12 and 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Delivery of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).

Thomas William Pitts: age 30, Ionia, MO was sentenced to 8 and 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-methamphetamine and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-methamphetamine).

Luke Anthony Vradenburg: age 58, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-methamphetamine and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-marijuana).

Joshua McAlister: age 23, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Assault.

Kent L. Cline: age 26, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Driving While Revoked.

David Ryan Batzel: age 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Darren L. Marconette: age 49, Sedalia, MO was sentenced two 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled substance-methamphetamine and 1 count Possession of a controlled Substance-methamphetamine).

William Patterson: age 48, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).

Seth Andrew Farr: age 25, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (2 counts of Assault in the Second Degree and 1 count Resisting Arrest).
