Road Closed: South Grand Ave South of Highway 50 Intersection

The City of Sedalia's Water Division’s contractor is scheduled to complete work in the area of S. Grand Ave. south of the intersection with Highway 50, now through Wednesday evening.

Th City of Sedalia says the work began at 7:00 Monday morning and will continue through Wednesday evening at 5:30 (July 31).

The work will close S. Grand Ave. going south from the Highway 50 intersection to 9th Street.

Residents living along S. Grand needing access to driveways between U.S. Highway 50 and W. 9th Street will be provided access during the construction period.

Motorists are encouraged to find alternates routes during the work period. It was noted that construction is dependent on weather and may be delayed due to rain.
