Smith-Cotton High senior Emely Sandoval has accepted a scholarship to cheer with the State Fair Community College Spirit Squad.

Sandoval has been a varsity cheerleader for S-C for two years, earning letters both years.

S-C Cheerleading Head Coach Karmen Butler said: “I have enjoyed watching Emely grow as cheerleader in the past two years. She has become more outgoing, more spirited, and more confident in herself as a cheerleader."
