Search Warrant Yields One Arrest in Clinton

On Thursday, Clinton Police served a search warrant at 904 East Ohio Street Apt 3C.

During the course of the search warrant, drugs, paraphernalia, weapons and items used to sell narcotics were located.

Darrell Anderson was arrested on a 24-hour investigative hold for distribution of a controlled substance within 2,000 feet of Clinton Schools.

The search warrant stems from a lengthy narcotic investigation in the matter. During the search warrant officers were able to utilize the recently purchased 1064 Defender (Drug Analyzer) to confirm the substances located were methamphetamine.

Anderson's bond on the distribution charge was set at $50,000.
