Sedalia Man Arrested For Juvenile Solicitation At American Inn

On the morning of June 23rd, a report was filed with the Sedalia Police Department that an adult male had solicited a juvenile female for sexual favors in trade for rental assistance. The incident was reported to have occurred at the American Inn Motel, 1217 South Limit Avenue. On June 1st, the suspect was arrested after questioning. Ashish-Kumar R. Patel, 41, of Sedalia, was arrested after questioning and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Patel was placed on a 24 hour hold pending charges of felony Patronizing Prostitution and Sexual Misconduct in the 2nd Degree.
