Funeral Announcements for May 7, 2026

A celebration of life for Betty S. Hart, 84, of Sedalia, will be held from 10 to 12 p.m. Saturday, May 9 at Rea Funeral Chapel.
The family of Mary Catherine Ulmer, 91, of Sedalia, will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, May 7 at Rea Funeral Chapel. A graveside service and burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery.

A celebration of life for John T. Rissler, 74, of Sedalia, will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 12 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel..

Visitation for Maria Del Roció Hernandez Orozco, “Rosie,” 52, of Sedalia, will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, May 8, at St. Vincent de Paul St. Patrick Chapel, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 3 p.m. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of Donnie Dean Brownfield, 77, of Sedalia,  will receive friends at 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 8 at Heckart Funeral Home, with a memorial service to follow at 3 p.m.
