Sedalia Police reports 9-12-19

Sedalia Police responded to a report of a subject looking through windows of homes and vehicles Tuesday evening around 6:20 p.m. The subject was located walking west on 3rd Street. He was uncooperative, and refused to ID himself, according to a report. He was later identified as 22-year-old Rick Evan Corbiser of Pleasant, Iowa. He was issued a Municipal summons for resisting arrest.

Sedalia Police responded to a trespassing call at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday evening in the 900 block of W. 14th. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect and she refused to leave the residence. She was then arrested, but resisted and assaulted an officer, resulting in minor injuries. 35-year-old Leah Dawn Ferolito of Sedalia was charged with 1st degree trespassing and 3rd degree assault.


 

Sedalia Police arrested 28-year-old Derrick James Seeley of La Monte on Sunday night just before 10 p.m. near the Katy Trail overpass on E. Broadway. Seeley was wanted for a probation violation with no bond and a Benton County warrant for stealing with no bond.


 

Sedalia Police arrested Sean S. Burke in the 400 block of E. 7th for violation of an ex parte on Monday evening. He was taken into custody, but released when he encountered medical issues related to an injury he had prior to the call.
