
Sedalia Police Reports For April 25, 2023

Monday morning, Sedalia Police took a theft report in the lobby of the Police Department. Brian Michael Zafarano reported someone fraudulently took money out of his account through electronic means. The value of the theft was over $2500.

Officers responded to the Ollison Used Cars, 2809 East 12th Street Monday afternoon for a report of property damage. James R. Ollison reported a vehicle on the lot had been damaged. The value of the damage was estimated at $1000.
Monday afternoon, Officers met with a subject in the Police Department who was interviewed in regards to an ongoing investigation. Juan Jose Cuevas Jr., 21, of Sedalia was arrested after the interview. Cuevas was held at the Pettis County Jail for 24 hours. Cuevas was booked in to the jail pending charges of Sexual Misconduct in the 2nd Degree and Enticing/Soliciting a Child.
