Monday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1300 block of South Lamine Avenue for a report of found property. Harold Martin found drug paraphernalia and wanted it disposed of. There are no charges at this time.


 

Sedalia Police met with Pamela Ehlers in the Police Department's lobby Monday morning. Ehlers wished to report the theft of cash from the 500 block of North Prospect Avenue. A suspect has been identified.


 

Officers stopped a vehicle near the intersection of West 3rd Street and South Prospect Avenue Monday afternoon for having expired registration. A computer check through Dispatch revealed that the driver's Missouri driving privileges had been revoked. Eric Joseph Thomas, 20, of Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Revoked. Thomas was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released pending the filing of formal charges.


 

Monday evening, Officers conducted a vehicle stop at the 1100 block of South Harding Avenue. All parties were properly identified, and their information was run through Dispatch. It was confirmed that the driver had a Pettis County felony warrant for Stealing of Leased or Rented Property with a bond of $8,000 cash or surety. Cynthia J. Snow, 55, of Knob Noster, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked on her warrant.


 

On the afternoon of January 20th, Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1900 block of South Stewart Avenue. During the course of the investigation, a 16 year old assaulted Law Enforcement and had to be taken into custody. The juvenile was transported to the Bothwell Regional Health Center for a mental health evaluation. A juvenile referral was made to the Pettis County Juvenile Office.
