Early Tuesday morning Officers responded to the 400 block of Welch Court in reference to an intoxicated subject. Officers made contact with an intoxicated female subject. Amy Rachelle Naylor, 41, Homeless, was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail to be placed on a 12 hour safekeeping hold.


 

Monday evening, Officers responded to the 300 block of West 32nd Street in reference to a Violation of an Ex Parte. Officers spoke with the reporting party and gathered information to generate a report.


 

Monday night, Officers responded to the 600 block of East 24th Street in reference to a burglary. Officers gathered the information and a report was generated.


 

Sedalia Police responded to an assault that occurred in the 100 block of West Cooper Street. Michele Ann Davenport stated a suspect had left the scene, but they had already slapped her on the face. The suspect was identified, and charges are being submitted to the Pettis County Prosecutor.


 

Monday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to the Fair View Nursing Home, 1714 West 16th Street, for a report of trespassing. After refusing to leave, Officer placed the subject under arrest and transported him to the Pettis County Jail. Freddie Eugene Sisemore III, 44, of Sedalia, was arrested on a charge of Trespassing in the 1st Degree, Resisting Arrest, and Assault in the 4th Degree. Sisemore was placed on a 24 hour hold.


 

Officers were dispatched to the Holiday Inn Express, 4001 West Broadway Boulevard, for a report of theft. A suspect has been identified.
