Sedalia Police Reports For June 29, 2023

Early Thursday morning, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1600 block of East Broadway Boulevard because it had no tail lights. The driver was identified, and his information was checked with Dispatch. His information did not come back on file through MULES or NCIC. Kevin Hernandez Garcia, 22, of Sedalia, was arrested for No Operator's License. Garcia was transported to the Sedalia Police Department to be booked and released with a citation.

Wednesday evening, a car was stopped in the 3800 block of East Broadway Boulevard because it had failed to maintain its lane several times. The driver was intoxicated by a combination of drugs and alcohol, and was driving on a suspended license. Joshua L. Hilton, 35, of Boonville, was arrested for Driving While Suspended and Driving While Intoxicated (Prior Offender).
