Sedalia Police Reports For March 2, 2023

Wednesday morning, Officers responded to the 100 block of East 2nd Street for a report of a disturbance. After an investigation, one subject involved was determined to be a primary physical aggressor. Kristin Rose Edwards, 43, of Sedalia, was arrested for Domestic Assault in the 3rd Degree. Edwards was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be placed on a 24 hour hold.
An Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of East 14th in reference to a theft report. Derek R. Prothero stated sometime between Monday February 27th and Wednesday March 1st, someone stole one of the license plates from his vehicle. The license plate was entered into NCIC and MULES as stolen.
