Monday morning, Officers responded to the 400 block of East 7th Street regarding vandalism to a vehicle. Phillip Schafer showed the Officers his vehicle with two slashed tires. The report notes this is an ongoing investigation.

Monday morning, Officers were dispatched to the Probation and Parole Office, 205 Thompson Road, because a subject with an active warrant for their arrest was present. On arrival, Officers made contact with the subject and placed them into custody. The report notes the subject was compliant. Jacob M. Izatt, 43, Homeless, was arrested for his Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of two felony counts of Property Damage in the 1st Degree With the Intent to Steal. The original incident occurred in April of 2022 in Cole County (Jefferson City), and after several rescheduled dates and hearings, the most recent FTA was filed in March of 2024. There is no bond given for Izatt's release. Izatt was transported to the Pettis County Jail.
