Sedalia Police Reports For March 31, 2022

Wednesday night, Officers responded to the 2600 block of Bristol Lane in reference to found property. Roscoe Harry Davis stated that a male subject left property in the bathroom. Officers were unable to make contact with the owner of the property. The property was logged into evidence as found property.

On the evening of December 8th, 2021, Officers met with Deana Taylor in the Police Department's lobby. Taylor believed that her business, Jammin' Nuggets, 115 South Ohio Avenue, was receiving emails from a person pretending to be a lawyer. An investigation is ongoing.

Sedalia Police spoke with Briahnna Cartwright Wednesday morning in the 1200 block of East 6th Street. Cartwright wished to report that a firearm of hers had been stolen. There is currently not enough information available to enter the firearm into MULES/NCIC as stolen.
