Early Monday morning, Sedalia Police performed a traffic stop on a black Chrysler 200 for expired plates. A computer check through Dispatch confirmed the driver had a revoked license. Timothy S. Lemaire, 31, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was placed on a 24 hour hold pending state charges of Driving While Revoked.


 

Officers were dispatched to the 3900 block of South Limit Monday night for a possible disturbance. Officers made contact with the caller, Sean W. Cunningham, who stated his ex girlfriend had attempted to hit him with a vehicle. Cunningham stated the ex girlfriend damaged his camper while attempting to hit him with the vehicle.


 

A car was stopped at the Casey's store, in the 700 block of West 16th Monday night, after several occurrences of failing to maintain the right half of the roadway between South Ohio and South Grand Avenue on West 16th. After an investigation, it was determined the driver was intoxicated. Jovan Kwamale Cruz, 28, of Sedalia, was arrested on a state charge of Driving While Intoxicated. Cruz was then transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked on a state charge of Driving While Intoxicated pending release to a sober person.


 

Monday morning, Sedalia Police were dispatched to the Comfort Inn, in the 3600 block of West Broadway, in regard to a stolen license plate. The plate in question is out of the state of California. The victim, Nicole E. Moore, stated they wanted to press charges in relation to the theft; the plate in question was entered as stolen.


 

Officers responded to the 200 block of East 9th Street for a property damage report Monday morning. Emily N. Wilson reported the rear window of her vehicle was broken out overnight, while parked in her driveway. A suspect has not yet been located at the time of the report.
