Sedalia Police Reports for September 24, 2024

Monday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of South Barrett Avenue in reference to a road rage incident. Meghan Elaine Woolery reported the incident occurred in the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

Sedalia Police were called to a gas station/convenience store at 808 East Broadway Boulevard Monday afternoon regarding a trespassing report. Officers made contact with the reporting party, and gathered information for a report. Richard Blaine Waters, 63, of Sedalia, was arrested on a charge of Trespassing. Waters was released on scene with a city summons.

Officers were dispatched to the lobby of the Police Department Monday morning in reference to a fraud report. Officers spoke with Larry Russell, who stated the fraud took place in the 2900 block of South Stewart Avenue. A report is being submitted.
