Same-day Inspections Offered by City of Sedalia

As of November 1, 2025, the City of Sedalia reinstated its same-day inspection model to improve service and minimize project delays.

Inspection requests must be called in before 8:30 a.m., on the day of the inspection. The last inspection slot will be scheduled at 4:30 p.m. daily. Simply use the Inspection Request Line at (660) 851-7618.

“We understand how critical timely inspections are to maintaining construction timelines. This enhanced level of service is something few surrounding cities provide, and we are pleased to support your work with faster turnaround and greater operational predictability,” The City said in a press release.
