SFCC-Lake of the Ozarks Campus Expanded for More Lab Space

In November of 2017, State Fair Community College’s Board of Trustees approved a proposal from Corporate Group, Inc. for an addendum to the lease for the SFCC-Lake of the Ozarks campus.

The satellite campus is located at Stone Crest Mall, 3797 Osage Beach Parkway, for a five-year period.

A press release from SFCC says the addendum included an additional 3,068 square feet that will be used for a new science lab.

SFCC says the added space will increase lab seating from 15 to 24 students who enroll in Biology with lab, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Chemistry with lab. Renovation of the space is underway and is expected to be ready for use by summer semester that begins June 4.
