SH Junior High Volleyball Hosts Tourney

Over the weekend, the Sacred Heart Junior High Volleyball Team hosted a volleyball tournament at home.

On Friday they played St. Andrews and won 25-8 and 25-12.

The second game they played Chilhowee and won 25-16 and 25-12.

On Saturday morning they played the Huskers and won 25-23 and 25-18. This put the girls in first for pool play. They had to play St. Andrews again and won 25-14 and 25-14.

The next game was played against the Huskers again, this time with the Huskers winning 22-25 and 14-25. Overall the girls played some amazing volleyball, the coach said.

They ended the weekend with 71 aces and 26 kills by the girls. Several assists by Paisley Carl and Ava Judd. A block by Anna Careny and digs by Ava Judd, Anna Carney and Kynslee Prewitt.

The girls will play Lincoln on Tuesday at 5:30. on Pink Out Night. Please wear your pink and come support Cown Brown.

There are a lot of activities taking place this night, the coach said.
