St. Louis Man Faces Charges Stemming From Beating Dog To Death

ST. LOUIS (AP) — A St. Louis man faces charges following accusations he beat one dog to death and injured another. Robert Taylor is suspect of striking one Chihuahua several times in the head and face. He's also believed to have hit another one in the face with the metal end of a leash. Police say Taylor admitted to hitting the dogs.
