Traffic Stop Leads to Two Arrests in Sedalia
Two Sedalia residents were arrested on drug firearm charges following a December 20 traffic stop in the 3200 block of W. Broadway. According to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office, Danielle Bierschbach and Gregory Bierschbach were taken into custody on multiple charges, including possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession with the intent to distribute. Pettis County deputies were assisted in the traffic stop by a Sedalia Police K9 and troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Danielle Bierschbach: Outstanding warrants out of Morgan County and Henry County; possession of a controlled substance; possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance; identity theft; unlawful possession of a weapon.
Gregory Bierschback: Possession of a controlled substance; possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance; unlawful possession of a firearm; manufacturing a controlled substance.
