Trespassing Complaint Ends in Arrest in La Monte

On Wednesday at 3:54 a.m., Pettis County deputies responded to the 400 block of South Walnut in La Monte on a possible trespassing in progress.

During the investigation, it was determined that, due to the resident's welfare, entry was made into the residence.

Andrew E. Dodd was later taken into custody and placed on a 24-hour hold, pending state charges of 2nd degree kidnapping, 3rd degree domestic assault and 1st degree trespassing.
