Two La Monte Juveniles Injured In BMW Rollover

Two 16-year-old juveniles from La Monte were injured in a one-vehicle rollover that occurred Sunday in Pettis County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 16-year-old juvenile was the driver of a 2006 BMW eastbound on Route T, east of Drake Road at 4:30 p.m., when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, and the driver overcorrected. The BMW then traveled off the left side and overturned.

The driver and another 16-year-old male suffered minor injuries. One was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by PCAD, while the other refused treatment. Both were wearing seat belts.

The BMW was totaled and towed by Don's Truck towing.

Pettis County deputies assisted the Patrol at the scene.
