Two teenagers escaped serious harm in a crash that occurred Wednesday.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a westbound 2010 Ford Fusion, driven by 19-year-old David V. Lupandin of Sedalia, crossed the center line at 21225 Palmer Road (southwest of Sedalia) at 5 p.m. and struck an eastbound 2008 Ford Fusion driven by a 16-year-old female juvenile from Sedalia.

The juvenile suffered minor injuries, and sought her own treatment, according to the report.

Pettis County Deputies assisted the Patrol at the scene.

Both vehicles were totaled.
