Water Main Break Forces Closure of Part of West Main Street

Starting at 8 a.m., this morning and continuing until completion of repairs, West Main Street from 21524 Main Street Road to Curry Drive is now closed to traffic to allow for water main repairs.

Drivers will need to use an alternative route during this period.

Residents living along these roadways will need to coordinate with City crews on site should they need to access their driveways.

Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period.

Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion, the City of Sedalia noted.
