Green Ridge man arrested in Bothwell Hospital Parking lot on multiple charges

At 1:22 this (Thursday) morning Sedalia Police were dispatched to the parking lot of the Bothwell Hospital. Upon arrival witnesses pointed out a vehicle near the Cannon Center, that had been involved in an accident, and its driver, who was reportedly climbing on cars. The police report states officers arrested 25-year-old Matthew Lenz of Green Ridge, and transported him to the Pettis County Jail pending a $536.50 bond on charges of resisting arrest, careless and imprudent driving, and tampering with a motor vehicle.

Male suspect sought in a trespassing incident

Just before noon Wednesday morning Sedalia Police took a trespassing complaint from a woman in the 1500 block of East 5th. According to the complainant a male suspect she was familiar with was in her bedroom while everyone else was gone from the house. There was nothing reported stolen, and the suspect had not been located at the time of the police report.

Bike Found near the cemetery on North Engineer

According to a Sedalia police report a Blue Next Voyager 5-speed Bike was found in the 900 block of North Engineer. The bike is in the bike shed at the police department.
