At the Missouri Association for Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing (MAHPRM) 2023 Show-Me Excellence Awards, Bothwell Regional Health Center was recognized for outstanding marketing work among the healthcare field.

The health center received several awards in various categories. The Billboard, a monthly e-newsletter for employees and stakeholders, was awarded first place in the Internal Publications/Routine category and the 2022 Bothwell Foundation Annual Report received second place in the Special Purpose Publications category.

Third place was awarded for the story “Living with a Grateful Heart” in the Writing category, and third place was awarded for the Health newspaper section published quarterly in cooperation with the Sedalia Democrat in the External Publication/Routine category.

Bothwell partners with Callis, a full-service marketing and communications agency, which delivers internal and external communications, marketing and advertising, and website and social media management on Bothwell’s behalf. Callis Account Supervisor Dana Kelchner is account lead for Bothwell and attended the MAHPRM Forum held in Columbia Sept. 27 and 28.
