Anderson was cited in her nomination as someone who comes to work every day with a warm smile and a winning attitude. Her colleagues know her as a team player who will pitch in whenever and wherever help is needed and stay until the job is done. She also listens to and takes to heart the needs of BRHC’s patients.

Her nominators said Anderson is very safety conscious and always puts “wet floor” signs up as needed, keeps patient rooms clean and well-stocked, and is “a true professional who is dedicated to her work.”

Anderson has worked at BRHC for the past five years and has lived in Sedalia her whole life. She said the best part of working at BRHC is the interaction with the patients and her coworkers. “They’re the best!” she said.
