Enrollment Is Down at Southeast Missouri State University

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) — Enrollment at Southeast Missouri State University is down for the first time in 20 years. The university says fall enrollment as of Tuesday was 11,411, down from 11,580 last fall, a 1.5 percent drop. It was the first decline since 1994.
