Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident Report For Wednesday May 20, 2015

At 2:55am this (Wednesday) morning the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department reported a one-vehicle injury accident on eastbound US-50 Highway at Blackwater River Bottoms. The accident reportedly occurred as the 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by 22-year-old Aaron J. Lindsey of Springfield travelled off the roadway and struck a tree. Lindsey and his passengers’ 21-year-old Debra Lindsey, and 24-year-old Kevin R. Payne both of Warrensburg suffered serious injuries in the crash, and were taken to Research Medical Center by Johnson County Ambulance. The accident report states none of the injured occupants of the vehicle was wearing a seatbelt.
